Roasting and frying fats and oils, which are used in restaurants and pubs, must be replaced regularly. This is the only way to maintain the optimum standard of quality and flavour. Our subsidiary, GERLICHER, designed the so-called FATBACK system to ensure that this exchange is easy to manage and quick to implement.
The special feature of our patented development – the products are delivered and collected in reusable containers and the complete service becomes a closed circuit. GERLICHER delivers the fresh oil carriage free in FATBACK containers. The used frying oil is then filled into another empty FATBACK container and taken away with the next delivery. This isn’t just economically and ecologically sound, it is also practical, clean and absolutely simple!
